Hosted in my Garden Yoga Studio, One to One’s are suited;
– for those completely new to Yoga and not quite confident to join a group class
– for those who need a specific, bespoke practice to acknowledge physical and anatomical limitations or those needing more of a therapeutic application
– for those wanting to develop and deepen their existing practice
Through regular meetings, I will work with you to design a bespoke practice that you can use on a daily basis at home. The contents of this routine may vary greatly between different clients, depending on their needs, interests, abilities and lifestyle. Typically, it will include a number of yoga exercises (asana) and some breathing exercises (pranayama). It may also include elements of relaxation, meditation and personal reflection, depending on this opportunity maybe over looked in the faster styles.
